Afghan team all out on 124 in 38.4 overs. Afghanistan stumbled 53 for 1 in the 13th over to 75 for 5 in 20th Over. Mohammad Nabi hit 37 off 43 with 3 boudaires and one six, Noor Ali Zadran (21) and Asghar Stanikzai hit 27 runs. From Afghanistan bowling Mirwais Ashraf picked up 2 wickets for 29 runs.
The end came quickly with the last three Afghan batsmen falling in the space of 12 balls, as Sri Lanka completed a thumping win.
